About Bianca Dabi
I have been involved in fitness for 8 years. Inspired by a cover of a magazine I decided to hire a trainer and begin training for a fitness competition. After competing for two years, I developed a passion for fitness and began personal training. Always continuing my education, I’ve earned certifications in personal training, mind and body (yoga and Pilates), and corrective exercise. I’ve also studied courses in nutrition and resistance training. I have experience with a wide demographic and individual specific fitness goals including weight loss, corrective exercise, speed and agility, hypertrophy(muscle gains), strength and flexibility. I am also a group fitness instructor and have taught boot camp, HIIT, Tabata, circuit, yoga and Pilates. I have a passion for people and fitness and I find training very fulfilling!
